Stellar Dance Studio

Stellar Dance Studio offers Prima Ballerina classes, Contemporary Ballet classes, private lessons, dance intensive camp, birthday parties, summer camps, dance intensives, studio rentals, and additional performance opportunities. The studio focuses on ballet and contemporary styles and includes signature programs such as Prima Ballerina and Contemporary Ballet for ages 7 and up. Half of the season is dedicated to creating an annual Stellar Show, where students work on performance skills to play characters, present choreography, and become storytellers.

• Schedule: Class and program options are available Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 2pm–8pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9am–1pm; summer hours may vary.

Stellar Dance Studio was founded in 2014 by Stella Reynolds. The studio states its mission as: “Nurture, inspire, and empower each student to reach their full potential.” It is described as LA's leading performing arts studio for ballet and contemporary and as a boutique children’s dance studio with carefully tailored programs to fit each dancer. The studio notes a focus on life skills, discipline, respect, building character, and making each student feel safe, understood, and cared for, and it is described as more than just a classroom, but also a community, support system, team, and family. Stellar Dance Studio is located in the heart of West Hollywood and is part of the West Hollywood community.

One parent, David G., shares that his 4-year-old daughter Tiffany has been attending for about a year and that she has learned a lot and become less shy. A student, Zoe E. (11 years old), says she has been dancing at Stellar Dance Studio since she was 3, that the studio has taught her everything she knows now, and that she is a pre-professional dancer who has started dancing in pointe shoes.
