Los Angeles Gymnastics Center Camps & Classes

Los Angeles Gymnastics Center Camps & Classes offers gymnastics training that includes strength and coordination activities, games, and creative play. The program includes recreational options, Excel training for gymnasts looking to improve their floor skills, and competitive training experience for athletes who participate on a competition team at regional, state, and national gymnastics events. Instruction uses European methods of instruction, plyometric training, stretching, and conditioning, and takes place in a state-of-the-art gymnastics center with state-of-the-art equipment.

• Ages: 3–18 years old
• Schedule: Summer Camp runs June 1 through August 28, with business hours listed as Monday–Wednesday 3 PM–7 PM, Thursday by appointment, Friday 11 AM–2 PM, Saturday 9 AM–3 PM, and Sunday 11 AM–12 PM

High quality instructors from around the world lead the program, and the hand-selected staff have significant credentials in sports and gymnastics, including Olympic-level coaches experienced in preparing gymnasts for high-level competitions. The program offers a free placement test for ages 3 and up. The stated mission is to provide a caliber of service in sports parallel to Los Angeles’ renowned quality and to offer a center with the highest caliber of training and service in the world. Parking is available at the parking structure next door.
