Los Angeles Gymnastics Center

Los Angeles Gymnastics Center offers gymnastics training that includes strength and coordination activities, games, and creative play. The program takes place in a state-of-the-art gymnastics center with state-of-the-art and advanced equipment. Camps, birthday parties, and production rentals are also offered.

Los Angeles Gymnastics Center offers boys and girls programs at every skill level, along with recreational programs for children and teens who want to learn the basics. The center offers a competition team for athletes ready to take their skills to the next level, with participation in regional, state, and national gymnastics events. Excel training is available for gymnasts looking to improve their floor skills, and a competitive training experience is offered to take athletes to the next level. A free placement test is available for ages 3 and up.

Los Angeles Gymnastics Center was created to provide high quality training using European methods of instruction, plyometric training, stretching, and conditioning combined with high quality instructors from around the world. The staff is hand selected with significant credentials in sports and gymnastics, and the coaching staff includes Olympic-level coaches experienced in preparing gymnasts for high-level competitions. Since its inception, the mission has been to provide a caliber of service in sports parallel to Los Angeles renowned quality that offers a center with the highest caliber of training and service in the world. The competition team focuses on team spirit, leadership skills, and lifelong friendships.
