UCLA Summer Sessions

UCLA Summer Sessions offers Summer Courses, Summer Fast Pass, College/Professional Summer Institutes, Summer Pathways, Summer Online, Summer Intensives, Summer Precollege Focus Series, and the Summer College Immersion Program. The Summer Courses run for 6-10 weeks and are available fully in person or hybrid, and the Summer Intensives include a 3-week accelerated learning experience or a year-long series completed in one summer.

• Summer Intensives — 3-week accelerated learning experience, or complete a year-long series in just one summer.
• Summer Precollege Focus Series — precollege students
• Summer College Immersion Program — high school students

About the provider

Visiting students must be 15 years of age or older by 2026-06-22. Housing is only available through UCLA Housing to students who will be 17 years of age or older by 2026-06-22. UCLA Housing will not approve exceptions for students who are 15 or 16 years old. Students must be 18 years of age or older by 2026-06-22 to be eligible for University Apartments. There are no residential programs or housing offered through UCLA Summer Sessions.
