Central Coast Polo Club offers riding lessons, polo lessons, horse sales, horse training, horse rentals, weekly scrimmages, monthly tournaments, and summer pony and polo camps. The program holds regular club chukkars during the week and on weekends.
• Schedule: Club chukkars on Tuesday–Friday at 5pm, and on Saturday and Sunday at 3pm
Central Coast Polo Club was founded in February of 2002. The club’s stated mission is to give the people of the Central Coast the opportunity to experience the game of polo. The organization is a non-profit 501.c.3 corporation and is managed by Club Manager Megan Judge. The club participates in circuit tournaments with LaHerradura, California Polo Club, Santa Barbara Polo Club, Orange County, South Bay, Menlo, Horsepark, Eldorado, Lakeside, Empire, Poway Polo Club, and Empire Polo Club. The organization accepts polo pony and cash donations and depends on college dues, practices, high school practices, and summer pony and polo camps to fund the organization. Los Osos Valley Organic Farm, which is part of the club, supplies organic vegetables to the local Farmers Market and offers Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) shares for weekly produce boxes.
