Central Coast Polo Club offers riding lessons, polo lessons, horse sales, horse training, and horse rentals. The program also includes weekly scrimmages and monthly tournaments.
• Schedule: Club chukkars are held Tuesday through Friday at 5pm, and on Saturday and Sunday at 3pm, with the club closed on Mondays.
Central Coast Polo Club was founded in February of 2002. The club was founded to give the people of the Central Coast the opportunity to experience the game of polo. The organization operates as a non-profit 501.c.3 corporation, and the Club Manager is Megan Judge. The facility is home to the William “Bill” Carter Jr. Memorial Arena, a regulation 300′ x 150′ polo arena with 5′ walls, and includes boarding for over 100 horses, a 1 mile track, and numerous mountain trails. The Los Osos Valley Organic Farm is also located at the facility and supplies organic vegetables to the local Farmers Market and offers Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) shares, which allow families to pick up a box of organic produce each Thursday.
