Beach Cities Sports Flag Football offers several types of flag football, including Co-Ed Flag Football (BCS 6U), Girls Flag Football (GBCS 3GU), Co-Ed Flag Football (BCS), and Girls Flag Football (GBCS). The program also includes a Flag Football Adult League and a Lineman & Tight End Classic.
• Ages: 5–14 years old
Beach Cities Sports Flag Football is a volunteer-managed, non-profit flag football league. It serves the beach cities of Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Torrance, and Palos Verdes areas, as well as other communities across Southern California. Since 2008, the program has included 1300+ teams and 16000+ athletes, and it lists 100+ collegiate athletes as alumni.
