Give Every Child A Chance Expanded Learning & TEACH Tutoring Programs includes activities such as arts and crafts, games, science, technology, engineering, and math (S.T.E.M.) projects. The program also offers health education, field trips, guest speakers and instructors, drama productions, music, basketball, low-organized games, free play, clinics, tournaments, and exercises. Students work in a group setting with staff, and in some cases volunteers, offering guidance when requested, and staff encourages students to be as independent as possible and responsible for getting their work done.

Since 1997, Give Every Child A Chance has provided free tutoring to students K–12th grade in their community. In order to qualify for tutoring, the student must show academic need through report cards or MAP/CAASP test scores, and a qualifying grade for tutoring is a C- or S-. Tutors will focus on one subject only, and students may attend any school for tutoring with the exception of Tracy sites. The program offers a 9-hour day before/after school program, and all recreation and physical education activities are aligned with the California State Standards. Give Every Child A Chance is moving to a mobile-friendly online tool, Eleyo, to register and manage accounts from any device, including smartphone or tablet. Programs are provided within Manteca Unified School District, River Island Academies, Jefferson Unified School District, and Ripon Unified Expanded Learning Programs.
