About
College For Kids offers a wide variety of classes where students can choose activities such as outdoor sports, art, coding, science, academics, academic enrichment, music, and STEM. Students can develop their own individual class schedules from these options.
• Ages: 5–17 years old
• Schedule: Summer 2026 sessions from June 15–June 25, July 6–July 16, and July 20–July 30, with no classes on June 18 or during the week of July 4; daily options run between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. with early care, four class blocks, supervised lunch, and after care
College For Kids has run on the Saddleback College campus for over 50 years. The 2026 program runs on the Saddleback College campus and offers kids the opportunity to experience what college life is like. College For Kids Year-Round is in development.
Saddleback College is part of the South Orange County Community College District and is a Hispanic Serving Institution designated by the U.S. Department of Education. Saddleback College is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Community and Junior Colleges of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and has been cited by WalletHub as a Top Ten Community College in America. The leadership team connected to the college includes Dr. Jennifer LaBounty, Saddleback College Vice President for Student Services and Title IX Officer and Section 504/Title II Coordinator, and Dr. Lonita Cordova as the next President of Saddleback College.
