Ares Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well as self defense, fitness, and sport-focused training. The program includes tracks for beginners, intermediate, and advanced training, with plenty of opportunity to train with students at different levels. It is described as one of the newest and most progressive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academies in the world.
• Schedule: Class options are available Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 10 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 7 PM.
Professor Samir Chantre teaches full time at Ares Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy and personally oversees all of the students and instructors. He is described as both a 4th degree Black Belt and 3-time World Champion, and as a 3rd degree Black Belt and 3-time World Champion, who started Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at age 9 and received his black belt from Professor Alan Moraes of the Carlson Gracie Team at age 20. The academy offers a free trial and Association Online Training. The academy’s history is documented from 2012 to 2019. The stated mission is that he believes Jiu Jitsu is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness, or experience.
