About
Creation Station is a week-long musical theater camp where campers experience and learn about all aspects of the performing arts. Each summer, Creation Station uses a new theme as campers take part in musical theater camp activities. The week-long camp ends with a showcase performance for friends and family in the Foster Family Theater.

Creation Station is led by Maya Patten, Arts Education Programs Coordinator. Providing high quality, inspiring and accessible arts education experiences for local students is at the heart of the program’s mission. This program is supported in part by Alfred Matthews Buick GMC, which has been a driving force in the Modesto community since 1936 and has supported many community organizations and causes, including the Gallo Center’s Creation Station summer camp. Gallo Center for the Arts houses two indoor performance venues, the 1,248-seat Mary Stuart Rogers Theater and the 440-seat Foster Family Theater, as well as the outdoor Modesto Rotary Music Garden.
