Sauté Culinary Academy offers classes that teach participants the fundamentals of the culinary arts, including basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and sauce making. Classes are available for professional chefs, community food enthusiasts, beginners, and advanced cooks, and they are open to all skill levels. The program offers both professional and recreational classes on a variety of subjects that feature seasonal produce and focus on proper techniques.

Chef Alexander Reyes is the owner and Lead Instructor at Sauté Culinary Academy. He is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu with an AOS degree in Culinary Arts and holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, with over 25 years of hospitality and culinary experience. The kitchen and facility are described as well equipped with the necessary tools and instructors to support many aspects of meal preparation, execution, and the expected outcomes of each class.
