About the provider
Sauté Academy lists Executive Chef Alexander Reyes and Janet Rodriquez, Co-Owner and Chief Executive and Operating Officer, on its leadership team. Chef Alex has over 25 years of hospitality and culinary experience, is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu with an AOS degree in Culinary Arts, and holds a bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute. The program's mission is to teach participants the fundamentals of the culinary arts, including basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and sauce making. It also notes community partnerships.
