Sauté Culinary Academy

Sauté Culinary Academy offers professional cooking classes and recreational cooking classes. The program focuses on proper techniques and teaches the fundamentals of the culinary arts, including basic cooking techniques, knife skills, sauce making, and more. Classes are open to all skill levels and are offered for every kind of cook, from beginner to advanced, and feature seasonal produce.

Chef Alexander Reyes is the owner and Lead Instructor at Sauté Culinary Academy. He is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu with an AOS degree in Culinary Arts and holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, with over 25 years of hospitality and culinary experience. The kitchen is equipped with the tools and instructors needed to cover many aspects of meal preparation and execution.
