Programs are structured by age groups, including Little Dragons (3.5–6.5 years), Dragon Warriors (6.5–12 years), Teens/Young Adults (12–18 years), Adult Warriors (18+ years), and an MMA Fight Team for ages 7–16 years old. For sparring training, students are asked to bring sparring gear.
