Under his leadership, teams have made 4 High School State Championship appearances and earned 2 High School State Championship titles. His awards include the 2015 California Coaches' Association High School Coach of the Year and the 2021 East Bay Times/Mercury News Coach of the Year and West Coast Preps Coach of the Year.
