Lamorinda Soccer Club offers soccer training through Youth Development Programs, elite academy tiers, and a Grassroots recreational program. Players can participate in specific pathways such as Pre-MLS NEXT, MLS NEXT, MLS NEXT 2 / X2, Girls Academy, Competitive, and Pre-GA. The club also runs a Pre-GA Division for U11 and U12s and takes part in the GA ASPIRE NorCal Conference competition.

• Schedule: U13–U19 boys and girls train 3–4 days per week depending on program; U9–U12 boys and girls train 3 days per week; U5–U8 boys and girls train 1–2 days per week depending on age and program
Lamorinda Soccer Club states that player development is the priority and that excellence is the standard, with a focus on technical, tactical, mental, and physical development and long-term growth over short-term gains. The club describes itself as the region’s leader in player development, with a proven track record of producing more college recruits and National Team players than anyone else in the area, and notes a legacy of alumni leading on the field and in the classroom at respected institutions and competitive programs nationwide. Lamorinda Soccer Club is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, and contributions to LMSC are tax-deductible to the full extent the law allows. LMSC’s Girls Academy U14 team won the Champions Cup national title in Bradenton, Florida, in March. The club is a founding member of the ASPIRE NorCal Conference and competes alongside five other premier clubs in the region. LMSC states a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion that extends across all programs and within the communities it works with.
The leadership team includes Marie Yu (President), Jennifer Murdin (Secretary), Mary McKey (Treasurer), Mohamed Mohamed (Director of Coaching), Tony Binswanger (Director of Fundraising and Capital), Michelle Williamson (Director of Events), and Kenji Sytz (Director of Publicity). The club notes a focus on building a foundation of passion and skill that lasts a lifetime and describes the Pre-GA Division for 2026–27 as specifically for U11 and U12s as a dedicated developmental pathway for the youngest elite athletes.
