About

Lamorinda Water Polo Club offers Splashball: Intro to Water Polo, a FUNdamentals program for boys and girls 10U, and Competitive Teams for 12U, 14U, 16U, and 18U athletes. In Splashball, kids use pool noodles to aid in swimming and take part in fun games that introduce the basic rules and skills of water polo. The FUNdamentals program is the next step up from Splashball and is geared toward athletes who are more confident swimmers and already know the basics of water polo, while the Competitive Teams program is for experienced athletes who are good swimmers, understand the rules, and have mastered basic techniques to play in competitive games and tournaments.
