Rrooar Academy

Rrooar Academy offers classes for ages 5 to 13 in creative writing, acting and leadership, programming with Scratch, illustrations and 2D animations with Scratch, anime microbiology, Python programming, artificial intelligence and machine learning, original oratory and motivational speaking, Young Engineers brick and engineering programs, app designing on Android, and robotics. Activities include writing prompts and exercises, a one-act play, improvisation shown in front of parents, interactive Python projects, and hands-on robotics projects with Sphero and a robotic car.

• Creative Writing - Become a Published Author — Designed to empower the creative mind through writing prompts and exercises and to finish a picture/chapter book.
• Acting & Leadership - A One Act Play — Theater-based classes to enhance leadership skills and improve social and communication skills; classes end with an improvisation showcased in front of parents.
• #Gamemaker - Programming with Scratch — Fun activities while learning computer science concepts and taking first steps to create games in Scratch.
• Illustrations & 2D Animations with Scratch — Create illustrations and animations in Scratch while learning computer science concepts.
• Anime Microbiology Decoded — Explores microscopy, microbiology, human body systems, prevention, cures, and vaccines.
• Python Programming — Create interactive projects while learning computer science concepts in Python.
• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning — Hands-on projects introducing AI and machine learning concepts.
• Original Oratory & Motivational Speaking — Training for original motivational speech competitions with research-based public speaking methods.
• Young Engineers - Bricks Challenge — STEM program using scientific principles to build block projects and develop creative thinking, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Young Engineers - Galileo Technic — STEM program to advance engineering expertise, analyze engineering processes, and learn engineering implementation skills.
• App Designing on Android — Learn to design apps on Android and build critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Robotics — Hands-on robotics projects with Sphero and a robotic car, learning engineering, computer science, electronics, electricity, mechanics, locomotion, and programming.
