Academy Of Palo Alto Performing Arts was founded in 2018 in California. The leadership team includes Founder and Artistic Director Aiping Xiong, Artistic Consultant and Instructor Ying Liu, Ballet Instructor Lulu Zhang Li, and Ballet Instructor Anastasia Pavlova.
