Fantasy Dance School

Fantasy Dance School offers a wide range of classes in ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, character dance, folk, ballroom, tap, lyrical, children’s choreography, tumbling, artistic gymnastics, acrobatics, TNT (tumbling and trampoline), and pointe. The program also includes art classes, visual arts, performing arts, preschool classes, Pre-K morning classes, a Pre-K Morning Program, an Afterschool Enrichment Program, an After-School Program, dance intensive programs, the Fantasy Dance Troupe (FDT), and various camps such as holiday day camps, week-long camps, overnight camps, and an overnight summer camp. Students participate in recitals, competitions, community performances, holiday celebrations, and fun-filled events for students and their families.

Founded in 2002 by ballet master and choreographer Alla Kegulskiy, Fantasy Dance School has over 23 years of award-winning instruction and has expanded into an educational center with FDS Gymnastics launched in 2021. Classes are coached by USAG safety-certified professionals, and the staff includes highly trained, professional instructors who speak multiple languages, including English, Spanish, Romanian, Hebrew, Russian, and more. The program’s Annual Program runs parallel to the school year and culminates in a professional showcase, with students shining year-round in recitals, competitions, and community performances.

Fantasy Dance School offers an Afterschool Enrichment Program and a Morning Enrichment Program called “Rising Stars,” which is a license-exempt educational program under California Title 22, along with an Afterschool Enrichment Program “Rising Stars.” The Special Needs Enrichment Program includes adaptive dance, gymnastics, and art sessions, as well as dance, gymnastics, and art sessions specifically for students with special needs. All forms of payment are accepted.

Fantasy Dance School has received multiple awards recognizing excellence in dance, gymnastics, arts, afterschool programs, and community service, including the Mountain View Small Business Excellence Award, “Best Dance Class” in the Silicon Valley Region (Silver Medal and Bronze Medal), and the “2020 Family Favorite Award” – Best of Silicon Valley. The program offers over 260 classes per week, with recreational and competitive options, including the exclusive Fantasy Dance Troupe, and is described as the only educational center in the area offering this wide range of programs under one roof.
