World Martial Arts Palo Alto offers Little Dragons, where children ages 6 1/2 to 8 take part in self control, self discipline, respect, focus, hand eye coordination, strength, and flexibility work. It also offers Juniors for ages 8 to 12 with self-defense, striking, grappling, submissions, and character development. The program also includes Teen and Adult training in a realistic mixed martial art system and a Family Program where adults train alongside their children.
