Slide Ranch Summer Camp

Slide Ranch Summer Camp includes activities where children hike the trails, explore the coastline, say hello to friendly farm animals, milk goats, collect eggs, and cook farm-fresh food from the garden. The broader Slide Ranch programs also include family farm day, kids camp, and workshop offerings.

• Ages: 5–12 years old
• Price: Visit Slide Ranch is free and open to the public from sunrise to sunset. No fees are required, though donations to support our mission are always welcome.

Slide Ranch is a nonprofit organization established in 1970. The mission of Slide Ranch is to connect children of all ages to nature through hands-on education on its 134-acre coastal ranch and nature preserve. Slide Ranch was founded by Doug Ferguson. Slide Ranch is a partner of the Golden Gate National Parks and is one of the first Park Partners in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, a unit of the National Park Service. Slide Ranch partners with community groups, families, and educators to provide transformative learning experiences. One noted early donor was Jerry Garcia of the Grateful Dead, who gave $500.
