Academy of Danse

Academy of Danse offers classes in Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, Pre-Dance, Hip Hop, Tiny Tots, Pointe, Acro/Tumbling, and Latin Fusion. Pre-Dance introduces dance fundamentals such as stretching, concentration, rhythm, coordination, and discipline. Tiny Tots is an introduction to ballet and tap that covers positions, vocabulary, stretching, and creative movements, using lively children's music and teaching basic dance skills and performance skills. Latin Fusion explores multiple Latin rhythms through salsa, bachata, cha cha, and samba, with music styles such as Latin pop and a focus on coordinating syncopated footwork with Cuban motion isolations of the upper body.

• Ages: 3–18 years old
• Schedule: Office hours are Monday 2:00–5:30, Tuesday 12:00–4:30, Wednesday 2:00–5:30, and Thursday 12:00–4:30, with holidays and events scheduled throughout the year.
• Price: Monthly tuition ranges from $85.00 for 1 class to $350.00 for 6 or more classes.

Since 1995, the companies at Academy of Danse have competed in more than 120 events and have won over 800 awards. In 2026, results included 44 first-place awards and recognitions such as the FLY Technical Precision Award, Costumer Service Award, HEADLINERS ADCC Studio of Excellence Award, and multiple routine-specific awards including Make It Look Easy — Angle of Attack Award and High Voltage Award, Night at the Movies — Broadway Bound Award, Million Dreams — Lovely Lyrical Award, 90 Days — Total Package Award, Comes and Goes — Standing Ovation Award, I Need a Hero — Heroic Energy Award, Replay — Full Out Award, Lay Me Down — Phenomenal Physicality Award, When the Party's Over — Angle of Attack Award, Take Off to Nationals, and Artistry in Motion Award, On The Floor — Angle of Attack Award, Friendship — Copilot Award, and Space Girls — Take Off to Touch Down Award. The program also offers a Punch Card option that allows drop-in participation with a fresh class lineup every month and a Competition Company that provides thorough and intense training in a team-based setting.
