Cope Family Center Parenting Programs offers all services in English and Spanish and provides free bilingual family support services to parents and caregivers who live or work in Napa County. The Support Hub provides crisis support, connection to community resources, and emergency supplies like diapers, wipes, and grocery gift cards. Parenting Classes teach positive parenting skills to manage stress, overcome challenges, and build stronger relationships with their children. Home Visiting works with families of babies and toddlers by providing guidance and support in the early years. Advocacy and Civic Engagement leads countywide efforts to prevent child maltreatment, including public awareness and education and mandated reporter trainings. Cope Family Center was founded in 1972 and is committed to serving all families with dignity and respect, regardless of race, class, ability, immigration status, gender identity, or sexual orientation. One former Cope client shared, “We wouldn`t be where we are today without the amazing support team that we`ve had.”
