Cope Family Center Parenting Programs offers Triple P – Positive Parenting Program in group settings or one-on-one for parents of children ages 0–17. It also offers General Parenting Course sessions for parents of children 2–12 years and for parents of teens, Family Transitions for parents going through separation or divorce, Hassle-Free Mealtimes for parents of children 2–12 years, Digital Wellbeing for Children and Teens, Grupo sin miedo for parents of children 6 to 14 years with anxiety, Criar adolescentes competentes for parents of teens, and Cómo afrontar el estrés for parents of children and adolescents.

• General Parenting Course — Parents of children 2-12 years · Wednesdays, 6-8pm · In-depth multi-week course focused on strengthening parent-child relationships, managing problematic behavior, and promoting healthy development.
• General Parenting Course — Parents of teens · Wednesdays, 6-8pm · In-depth multi-week course for parents of teens.
• Family Transitions — Parents going through separation or divorce · Thursdays, 6-8pm · Multi-week course focusing on conflict resolution, co-parenting, and coping with stress.
• Hassle-Free Mealtimes — Parents of children 2-12 years · Friday, 10-11:30am · Discusses strategies to reduce stress at the table, encourage healthy eating habits, and make mealtimes positive.
• Digital Wellbeing for Children and Teens — Children and teens · Friday, 10-11:30am · Practical skills for screen time, social media, online safety, healthy boundaries, and emotional wellbeing.
• Grupo sin miedo — Parents of children 6 to 14 years with anxiety · Thursdays, 6-8pm · 7-week intensive program helping parents and caregivers support children in managing anxiety.
• Bienestar digital para niños/as y adolescentes — Children and adolescents · Friday, 10-11:30am · Practical skills for managing screen time, social media, online safety, healthy boundaries, and emotional wellbeing.
• Curso general de crianza — Parents of children 2 to 12 years · Tuesdays, 6-8pm · Multi-week course to strengthen the parent-child relationship, manage problematic behavior, and promote healthy development.
• Criar adolescentes competentes — Parents of teens · Friday, 10-11:30am · Strategies to help teens build independence, problem-solving skills, learning, communication, and healthy self-esteem.
• Hora de comer sin complicaciones — Parents of children 2 to 12 years · Friday, 10-11:30am · Strategies to reduce mealtime stress, encourage healthy eating habits, and create positive family routines.
• Cómo afrontar el estrés — Parents of children and adolescents · Explore healthy strategies to cope with situations, stay calm in difficult moments, and model stress management.

Cope Family Center was founded in 1972. It provides free bilingual family support services to parents and caregivers who live or work in Napa County. All services are offered in English and Spanish and are free of charge.
