Aerial Foundations

This entry level class is for people ages 8+ who are brand new to aerial. Using silks and sling, students will learn fundamental skills and techniques, while building the strength and confidence necessary for continued training on any aerial apparatus. The focus of Foundations is to teach climbs, footlocks, hip key, inversions, belays and explore fun poses. NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!  PREREQUISITES: *Desire to learn *Open to challenging yourself
