Studio G states that its mission is to offer a nurturing environment where students of all ages can explore their creativity, build confidence, and develop their unique voices through music and theater. The organization describes its summer camps as packed with fun, creativity, and unforgettable memories, with each camp engaging campers in hands-on crafts, exciting activities, and performance opportunities in a social, safe, and supportive environment. Studio G notes that it maintains a low counselor-to-camper ratio and intentionally keeps class and cast sizes small so every child gets personalized attention and meaningful participation, and states that every student is given the opportunity to shine with no small parts. Some camps are described as non-performative, low-pressure camps with no stage performance, while others include an end-of-week open house for families, a final-day performance for family and friends, or a free performance for friends and fans on the last day of camp. Studio G describes itself as more than just a performing arts school and refers to itself as a family, and notes that its productions are designed to foster teamwork, problem-solving, and artistic growth. Each year, students collaborate to select songs and monologues for benefit concerts, with all ticket sales supporting local charities.
