Napa Sport Soccer Club offers youth soccer along with coaching clinics and referee clinics. The program includes year-round opportunities for boys and girls of any level, from recreational to competitive, to play soccer. Teams participate in various seasonal leagues and tournaments throughout the country.

Since 1998, Napa Sport Soccer Club (NSSC) has been providing Napa Valley's youth an environment to play soccer. Napa Sport Soccer Club’s mission is to serve as a youth development organization, using soccer to engage and motivate youth to excel on and off the field by providing an environment to play soccer, develop leadership and sportsmanship skills, support academic achievement, and encourage healthy lifestyles. As a nonprofit 501-(C)(3), Napa Sport Soccer Club is a member of US Club Soccer and is described as an integral part of U.S. National Team success. Coaches are being trained in sports-based youth development as members of US Club Soccer, and coaches have the chance to attain coaching licensing through the U.S. Soccer Federation, while individuals can receive official referee licensing through the U.S. Soccer Federation. The club is part of a national program with the goal to inspire youth to gain life skills through sports and collaborates with professional clubs to build its coaching staff and empower youth through soccer. Napa Sport Soccer Club states that “Soccer is in our blood,” “Our Goals Don't End on the Field,” and that it is dedicated to its players' development as athletes, students, leaders, and citizens, and works to offer low-to-no-cost participation rates to youth that would otherwise be unable to afford them.
