Imaginook Summer Camps are part of Imaginook Creative Art Studio and include activities such as art classes, workshops, events, and summer camps. Participants can take Drawing and Painting classes, Drawing classes, Digital Art, Clay Classes, and Sewing Classes, and they can also join Paint Nights and use Studio Time. The studio describes itself as a place for everything creative and states that everyone is welcome.
• Ages: 4–17 years old
• Schedule: Adult/Teens Drawing and Painting Classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7–9 PM, with morning options on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 AM–12 PM
Imaginook states that it has been proudly serving Newark and Fremont families since 2018. The leadership team includes Tetiana. The studio’s mission is to provide a safe and accepting environment, offer a wide range of art experiences, support students’ art exploration journeys and creative process, and support their ownership of their work. The mission also states that the studio teaches students to think creatively through open-ended questions and assignments while supporting individuality and imagination, and that it believes every person is talented and can create with guidance and acceptance. Families are welcome at workshops and various events, young artists can join art classes where animals can speak and the sky can be red or yellow, adults can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea during Paint Nights, and experienced artists can use Studio Time to create work of their own choice at their own pace.
