Newport Harbor Preschool

Newport Harbor Preschool offers a daily curriculum built around a variety of play-based activities that focus on creative expression and discovering the world. The program’s curriculum is described as enhancing children spiritually, emotionally, cognitively, physically, and socially within a nurturing and Christ-centered environment. It operates as a ministry of Newport Harbor Lutheran Church & School and maintains a low student-teacher ratio in a safe, nurturing, Christian early learning environment based on love and support.

• Ages: 0–5 years old
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 9am–4pm, with an additional Sunday program from 9:15am–11:30am

Newport Harbor Preschool has been providing an exceptional learning environment for young children and their families for over 30 years. The program’s stated goal is to foster the development of children’s critical thinking, social skills, and communication skills through exploration, observation, and experimentation. It is led by Director Terri Martinez and staffed by trained and licensed staff. As a ministry of Newport Harbor Lutheran Church & School, it offers events, programs, and activities that include students, siblings, parents, grandparents, and the church community. The preschool is a State of California Licensed Facility (#300600711).
