Eighty Eight Studios opened its doors on June 14, 2021. The studio features state-of-the-art dance studios in a 2,500 sqft space with over 30 foot ceilings, a clean-modern look with industrial design, a top of the line sound system, and a lighting system with various colorful and fun options. Official Eighty Eight Studios merchandise is available, including hoodies, tees, and sweats.
The 88NextGen Kids Program is led by the co-owners of Eighty Eight Studios. Caoife Coleman is a professional dancer with nearly 20 years of experience, a 2007 graduate of Laine Theatre Arts London, and the runner-up on the dance competition TV show "Dirty Dancing: Time of Your Life" on Living TV in the UK, and she has danced for artists and TV shows including The Grammy Awards, The X Factor, Britain's Got Talent, The Voice, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, America's Got Talent, Dua Lipa, Sean Paul, The Jonas Brothers, Meghan Trainor, Nicole Scherzinger, will.i.am, Rita Ora, Little Mix, Robin Thicke, Kylie Minogue, 2 Chainz, James Arthur, One Direction, Jessie J, Olly Murs, and Take That, as well as appearing in the film The Greatest Showman as one of the albino twin principal characters and working with choreographers and directors such as Brian Friedman, JaQuel Knight, Ashley Wallen, and Michael Gracey, and working as a movement coach, choreographer, and creative director for emerging artists in Los Angeles. Nicholas Gilligan is a British-born professional dancer who received a full scholarship at age thirteen to the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London's Barbican, has performed with Whitney Houston, RUN DMC, Dua Lipa, Miguel, PINK, Will.i.am, Rita Ora, Gwen Stefani, Ellie Goulding, One Direction, Taylor Swift, and Ariana Grande, has performed at the Grammy Awards and on MTV, has appeared in West End productions "Dirty Dancing" and "Flashdance," has appeared in commercials for Gucci, Uber, H&R Block, and Guinness, and has acted in Netflix productions including RuPaul’s "AJ & The Queen" and Adam Sandler’s "Sandy Wexler," and he leads three weekly classes at Eighty Eight Studios. He is also a photographer whose work has been featured in Billboard Magazine, Just Jared, FRUK Magazine, and Metro.
