FC Wolves Norwalk’s mission is to develop and prepare young soccer players for a future in professional or high level soccer through a methodological process of integral development. The club aims to be a top competitive soccer club and a leader in youth development in Southern California. Its philosophy focuses on improving physical, technical, tactical, and psychological capabilities through a process of teaching and learning, using a pedagogical model that uses the game of soccer as a medium to promote core values and to advance young athletes as healthy, well-rounded competitors and citizens. The program is led by Club Director Hugo Enciso-Rojas and uses licensed coaches.
