All Saints Preschool and Children’s Center

All Saints Preschool and Children’s Center is an integral part of the mission of All Saints Lutheran Church and serves approximately 50 children year-round. The Center’s program is based on Christian care and children’s education in a Christ-centered environment where parents, students, and teachers relate to one another in mutual cooperation, forgiveness, and love. Each child in the program is recognized and treated as a unique and valued creation of God with individual talents and abilities, within a developmentally appropriate, multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environment and curriculum.

All Saints Preschool and Children’s Center has been providing quality Christian education and care in Novato since 1977. The Center is governed by a committee made up of congregation members, center staff, and a non-member parent. The mission of the Center is grounded in the conviction that all children deserve high quality and equitable childcare and education within a Christ-centered environment, and it views this children’s ministry as responsive to social, educational, and spiritual needs of families and individuals in the community it serves. The Center affirms the diversity of God’s family through its multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environment and curriculum. All Saints Lutheran Church in Novato is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and the Sierra Pacific Synod, and it is a Reconciling in Christ congregation. The leadership team includes Director Kristie Boyden and Assistant Director Sue Kovarik.
