Marin Treks Summer Camp offers children the opportunity to handle and learn about various reptiles and amphibians, including leopard geckos, crested geckos, tree frogs, ball pythons, corn snakes, and tortoises. The camp is designed to inspire a lifelong love for the outdoors and a basic understanding of the natural phenomena that drive our planet.
• Ages: 3–14 years old
• Schedule: about 5 - 6 weeks of summer camp
Founded in July of 2007, Marin Treks Summer Camp serves students from preschool to middle school throughout Marin County and Petaluma. The program is led by Brian Campopiano, also known as Mr. C, and is recognized for its award-winning natural history school programs. The guiding philosophy of the camp emphasizes love and respect for nature and all living creatures.
