Education Center Youth Programs offers activities such as Let It Shine! Music Academy, Language Literacy, Friendship & Freedom Club, Afterschool 1:1 Virtual Tutoring Program, Coding Bootcamp, and a Leadership Training Program. Participants can learn music on piano, guitar, or drums and play in a live band, study Chinese Language Arts through singing, stories, writing, and creative arts, and take part in chess, Kung Fu, badminton, ping pong, and board games. The program also includes English and Math tutoring, English writing, coding, and leadership skills training in character building, time management, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.

The program includes Sunday Worship Service in English and Chinese, a Sunday Language Literacy class, and Sunday Let It Shine! Music Academy sessions. It also offers a Sunday Leadership Training Program, a weekday “How to Use Smartphone” class, Adult Bible Study & Fellowship, and a Senior Care – Muscle Strength Exercises Class. The leadership team includes Major Timothy Hsu. The Salvation Army’s stated mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination, and its message is based on the Bible and motivated by the love of God.
