East Bay Dance Center Camps

East Bay Dance Center Camps offers dance, drama, arts & crafts, and games. Campers take part in ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, and bollywood activities. Single days or full weeks are available.

• Ages: 4–12 years old
• Schedule: Camp day from 9:30am to 3:30pm, with optional before care from 8:00am to 9:30am and after care from 3:30pm to 6:00pm; single days or full weeks available during listed spring and summer camp weeks
• Price: Camp Day - $80 per day with advance registration; Before Care - $15.00 per day with advance registration or $20.00 per hour rounded to the nearest half-hour for drop-in; After Care - $25.00 per day with advance registration or $20.00 per hour rounded to the nearest half-hour for drop-in; Emergency or drop-in before or after care charged at $15 per hour.

The camp runs during Spring Camp Week 1 on April 3 and Spring Camp Week 2 from April 6 through April 10. Summer Camp Week 1 runs June 1 through June 5, Week 2 runs June 8 through June 12, Week 3 runs June 15 through June 19, Week 4 runs June 22 through June 26, Week 5 runs June 29 through July 3, Week 6 runs July 6 through July 10, Week 7 runs July 13 through July 17, Week 8 runs July 20 through July 24, Week 9 runs July 27 through July 31, and Week 10 runs August 3 through August 7. Families complete a Camp Emergency form so the program has important information in the event of an emergency during a camp session.

The staff is described as caring and professional, with many years of dance and teaching experience. The leadership team includes Bonnie Sita as Founder, Executive Director, and President. The mission of East Bay Dance Center is to expose students to dance as performance art through a combination of training and public performances, with students attaining confidence and life skills and the performances enriching and educating the community at large. East Bay Dance Center is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

Upcoming free events for the community include Voodoo Village, the 21st Annual Halloween Show on Sunday Nov. 2nd from 5–7 p.m.; A Winter's Ball on Sunday Feb. 8th at 3 p.m.; and a Nutcracker Tea Party on Sunday Dec. 6th from 3–4:30 p.m., which requires pre-registration. The organization also states that it is building a community garden. One student, Sophia M., says that East Bay Dance Center has supportive teachers and a friendly staff, that she has been dancing there for 8 years and still loves the dancing, and that she has made great friends there.

East Bay Dance Center Camps notes several discounts and policies. The program offers flexible scheduling, allowing campers to attend for a day or for the whole break. It states that families may be eligible for free camp days based on their membership points balance. Spring Camp volume discounts include enrolling in all 6 days of Spring Camp 2026 and receiving 1 day free. Summer Camp volume discounts include enrolling in any 5 full weeks of Summer Camp 2026 and receiving a credit for all of Spring Camp 2026, and enrolling in 10 full weeks of Summer Camp 2026 and receiving 2 weeks for free. There is a 10% sibling discount when a second or third child is registered for the same camp enrollment.
