Full Out Studios offers dance classes, pop-up dance classes, and youth programs. The program takes place in an inclusive, community-driven dance studio that is described as a community safe space. The studio also hosts pop-up events that feature local legends, rising stars, and out-of-town performers.

Full Out Studios states that its mission is to build an inclusive and empowering community where everyone can discover their strength, express themselves through dance, and find a sense of belonging, and it is committed to providing a safe and welcoming space for dancers of all backgrounds to grow, connect, and thrive. The studio is founded by AAPI and queer leaders, and 95% of its management team are women. It is described as a second home whose community has supported the studio through challenges such as surviving the pandemic and recovering from a recent break-in. Full Out Studios and its home team INQ have been featured in media outlets including the SF Chronicle, Datebook SF Chronicle, NBC Bay Area, and KRON 4, where they have been highlighted for resilience, community, and the transformative power of dance. The studio also offers a work exchange program that provides free classes through front desk volunteer roles.
