Pacific Grove Youth Center Programs take place in a multi-story building that houses youth and teen programs, as well as the Recreation Administration Office. The Youth Center provides pool tables, ping pong, foosball, high-definition televisions, and a video game area, with a basketball court available outside. The building also hosts the Adventure Day Camp for children ages 5–12 during the summer and school breaks.

• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: After-school hours Monday–Friday during the school year, generally between 2:00 pm and 5:30 pm

The Youth Center is open to Pacific Grove students in grades 6–12 Monday–Friday during the school year. Pacific Grove was incorporated as a city in July 1889 and is known for the oldest continuously operating lighthouse on the West Coast, an award-winning natural history museum, a nationally recognized 18-hole golf course, and over 1,200 historic homes. The Monterey Fire Department, which serves the region, has earned state recognition for wildfire risk reduction efforts.
