The Pacifica Platypus Swim Club offers activities focused on sports and water play. The program is held at Terra Nova High School's newly remodeled outdoor pool, providing a space for swimming and related activities. The club is recognized as a safe sport club and aims to prepare its team to compete in local swim meets.

The mission of the Pacifica Platypus Swim Club is to provide the youth of the community with a USA Swimming club and a physically and emotionally safe environment where swimming is promoted. The club encourages physical fitness, camaraderie, and self-esteem while promoting excellence. It also helps swimmers achieve 'A' times and qualify for Junior Olympic and Far Western events. Periodic team social events such as field trips, BBQs, and pizza parties are also part of the program.
