Junior Golf Programs includes Fairway Kids Skill Series, Bobcats Players Series, PGA Jr. League, and Junior Summer Golf Camps 2026. Fairway Kids Skill Series includes skills classes, rules and etiquette, and on-course playing lessons. Bobcats Players Series includes course management, strategy, playing lessons, and Jr. League readiness. PGA Jr. League includes team practices and matches, and the summer camps include instruction and on-course play.

- Fairway Kids Skill Series — Ages 7–13 · Tuesdays 3:30–5:00 PM · $349 · Beginner; 8-week program; 4:1 student/coach ratio; curriculum uses the U.S. Kids Golf Level-Based System; skills classes, rules & etiquette, on-course playing lessons; equipment provided if needed.
- Bobcats Players Series — Ages 7–13 · Wednesdays 3:30–5:00 PM · $429 · Intermediate/Advanced; 10-week program; 6:1 student/coach ratio; course management, strategy, playing lessons, Jr. League readiness; equipment provided if needed.
- PGA Jr. League — Ages 7–13 (all abilities) · Team play; team jersey + bag tag; 5 team practices; free range balls; 4 regular season matches; all-star pathway; fun, social, and inclusive; led by PGA Coaches.
- Junior Summer Golf Camps 2026 — Ages 7 to 15 · Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM · $379 per session

About the provider
The junior programs have run since 1998. They are led by Paul Bucy, PGA, who is a three-time DCPGA Junior Golf Teacher of the Year, and his professional staff. Coach Bill Spicknall is also named for junior golf development. The program mission states: fun, fundamentals, and friendly coaching at the Palm Desert Golf Academy.
Small student-to-teacher ratios are emphasized. Summer camps have a maximum of 12 juniors. Spots are limited to maintain personalized instruction and small group experiences.
