About
Hope Musical Theatre Summer Camp offers intensive musical theatre activities that include singing, dancing, acting, drama games, summer fun activities, team building exercises, Yoga Practice, and creative stage time. Campers take part in voice, acting, and dance training, along with small-group coaching and a musical theater enrichment hour. All campers participate in speaking solos, many have singing solos, and everyone joins large dance numbers with high caliber sets, props, costumes, and a live band supported by a professional choreographer, director, and pianist.
• Ages: 6–15 years old
• Schedule: 1-week, full-day camps running Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm, with optional Early Drop Off and After Care from 8:00am–9:00am and/or 4:00pm–5:00pm, plus optional “After Camp Coaching: Training Tuesdays” from 4:00pm–5:00pm on select dates
• Price: Full Day Basic Tuition = $1390, with additional package options up to $1760; Early Care/After Care is $30 daily or $150 weekly; After Camp Coaching is $60 per Tuesday session
Each 1-week session in 2026 is scheduled as follows: Camp 1 (June 8–12), Camp 2 (June 15–19), Camp 3 (June 22–26), Camp 4 (June 29–July 3), Camp 5 (July 6–10), Camp 6 (July 13–17), and Camp 7 (July 20–24). Optional “After Camp Coaching: Training Tuesdays” are offered on June 16, 23, 30 and July 7, 14, 21 from 4:00pm–5:00pm.
The program is structured for approximately 45+ students divided into cohorts, with campers grouped as Junior Campers (1st–2nd graders) and Regular Campers (3rd–8th graders), and a Counselors In Training option for 9th graders and up. Campers put on a Broadway-style musical in one week, with a real theatre performance inside during the last hour plus of the last day of camp for family and friends, with a limited audience possibly allowed. Daily dress up themes, a focus on peace, balance, and mindfulness, and a special Yoga Practice are included, and both indoor and outdoor spaces are used for rehearsal and production.
Tuition includes a camp shirt, camp supplies, fun camp prizes, camp surprises and treats, daily popsicles after lunch, and a pizza party on show day. Families can also access a Sparkle Shop with additional Hope Musical Theatre items and an HMT Spirit Pack. Optional add-ons include a Cast Photo ($50), Photo Slideshow ($60), Camper Photo Shoot ($130), and Headshot Close-Up Portrait Session ($130), with bundled tuition packages such as Tuition + Tote & Binder, Tuition + Cast Photo, Tuition + Slideshow, Tuition + Spirit Pack, Tuition + Broadway Basket, Tuition + Camper Photo Shoot, Tuition + Headshot Portrait Session, Tuition + Both Photo Shoots, and Tuition + Slideshow, Cast Photo + BOTH Photo Shoots.

Sarah Hope is described as a well known musical theatre director in Bay Area and New York City schools and has performed in the world-famous Beach Blanket Babylon.
