Elements Dance Space Youth Program offers dance and fitness classes that include hip hop, ballet, jazz, tap, breaking, aerial silks, Zumba, yoga, barre, pilates, POUND, STRONG Nation, and HIIT. The program also includes intensives, workshops, company rehearsal residencies, and private lessons. Event space rentals are available as part of the broader offerings at Elements Dance Space.

Elements Dance Space operates in a 10,000 square foot facility with 5 studios, all with wood-sprung floors, 20-foot-high ceilings, a student lounge, and easy parking. The program includes 50+ classes for toddlers and youth, 15+ Saturday classes, and 20+ adult classes, with toddler, youth, and adult programs. The stated mission is to serve as a universal blank canvas for artists, educators, and students, offering creation, knowledge, and training to advance every individual within the space.

The leadership team includes Creative Director/Owner Beau Fournier and Co-Founder/Director Tu DeVera, who also serves as Director of Operations for Kinjaz, LLC, Kin Aesthetik, LLC, and Kinjaz Dojo, LLC. Beau Fournier has over 14 years in the dance industry, has performed with artists such as Missy Elliot, Tony Braxton, Yelle, and Jennifer Lopez, and has appeared on Disney’s Shake It Up, Honey 2, Hell’s Kitchen, Fox’s Mobbed, Secret Life of an American Teenager, and America’s Got Talent, and has choreographed and directed for BMW, the 2012 Summer Olympics, ABC Mouse, Karmin, and Afrojack; he holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from California State University, Northridge. Tu DeVera has over 25 years of experience in dance, previously ran operations at Jayvee Dance Center from 2006 to 2017, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Riverside in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Biology and an emphasis in Business Administration.

Elements Dance Space has received multiple recognitions, including Best of Pasadena awards between 2019 and 2025 in categories such as Best Dance Studio, Best Place to Dance, Best Place to Workout, Best Pilates, and Best Enrichment, as well as Reader Recommended honors. The studio received the 2019 TOP STUDIO award at the 2019 Countdown National Competition, a TOP HIP HOP award, and an Industry Dance Awards nomination for the People’s Choice Award. Elements Dance Space also shares that it encourages donations directly to some of its families who lost their homes in the Eaton Fire and states, “We are here to support you, and we want to share resources and connect you with others in our community who can help.”
