Silver Echo Guitar Lessons

Silver Echo Guitar Lessons offers instrument lessons and band coaching. Students can take lessons in guitar, bass, drums, keys, ukulele, beginning piano/synth, and harmonica. Lessons are available in person or via Zoom.

• Price: $95/60mins, $80/45mins, $60/30mins; sliding scale rates available for those who need them

Silver Echo Guitar Lessons is led and operated by Sean Smith, who has been involved in bands, original music, touring, and music and performance production for 33 years. Sean began teaching privately in 2005, started teaching at ViBo Music Center in San Bruno, CA in 2010, and held around 30 individual and group lessons per week there for all ages. He also worked at the San Francisco Rock Project teaching lessons, running rehearsals, directing performance programs, and directing the House Band, and later served as Program Director at School of Rock in Los Angeles for 2 years. As of May 2024, he has settled into a new studio in Pasadena and continues to offer customized and patient music lessons and band coaching for all ages, drawing on wide-ranging musical knowledge, extensive teaching experience, and his history as an artist and working musician.
