Thrive Training Center offers gymnastics, parkour, tricking, ninja-style movement, flipping, rolling, and twisting. The program uses trampolines, a tumble trak, floor, vault, and bars for its co-ed recreational activities and flipping instruction. Its program uses a systematic training process to teach flipping from beginner level to elite, with levels divided based on phases of development in awareness, coordination, and belief in self.

Founded in 2014, Thrive Training Center Inc was formed through a partnership between Anne Flores and Raleigh Carter and comes from a long history of gymnastics on the central coast. The program includes a preschool option starting as early as 10 months old that teaches young athletes the basics of gymnastics as a sport and skills for a class setting, a co-ed recreational program for ages 6 and up, and a competitive XCEL program offering between 6–16 hours per week for athletes who want to compete while also doing other sports or activities.
