Thrive Training Center offers preschool classes that start as early as 10 months old and teach young athletes the basics of gymnastics and skills for a class setting. It also offers recreational classes for ages 6+ with skill-based progressions on trampolines, tumble trak, floor, vault, and bars, plus private lessons with one-on-one coaching for specific goals and needs.
