Thrive 7 Martial Arts

Thrive7 Martial Arts offers Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Self-Defense, Private Lessons, Sport Teams, Kids Birthday Parties, and an After School Program. Taekwondo is listed for ages 3 years old to adults, and also 6 years old to adults. Kickboxing is listed for ages 13 years old to adults and includes basic punches, kicks, footwork, body mechanics, and a workout.

Programs

• Taekwondo — 3 years old to adults; also stated as 6 years old to adults · Daily classes · Develops focus, respect, self-discipline, self-control, confidence, leadership, life skills, flexibility, and self-defense.
• Kickboxing — 13 years old to adults · Classes for teens and adults · Classes for all student levels; includes basic punches, kicks, footwork, body mechanics, and a workout.
• Self-Defense — Offered as a martial arts program and private lesson option.
• Private Lessons — Daily private lessons in the mornings and weekends · Available to individuals or groups for martial arts, personal training, self-defense, kickboxing, taekwondo, or sport teams.
• Sport Teams — Private group class for soccer, basketball, tennis, baseball, or other sport clubs.
• Kids Birthday Parties — Fun, active, and educational martial arts parties.
• After School Program

About the provider

The school started in 2008, and the Thrive7 name was born in 2023. The current location started classes in November 2022. Master Seguel is the Chief Master Instructor. He is a 4th Dan Black Belt, a former National Team Member, certified in Taekwondo by the World Taekwondo Federation, coach certified by USA Taekwondo Federation, and has more than 20 years of teaching experience.
