Thrive 7 Martial Arts offers Taekwondo, Kickboxing, and Self-Defense, with options for private lessons and sport group lessons. The program also hosts kids’ birthday parties and runs an after school program. A juice bar, Thrive7 Juice Bar, is available on site.

Thrive 7 Martial Arts is led by Chief Master Instructor Master Seguel, who is a 4th Dan Black Belt and former National Team Member with more than 20 years of teaching experience. Master Seguel holds a 4th Dan Degree Black Belt certified by the World Taekwondo Federation (WT) and is a coach certified by USA Taekwondo Federation, with training and certifications in both Taekwondo and Kickboxing. The martial arts school began in 2008 under the name Fearless Taekwondo and Martial Arts, later moved locations, and adopted the Thrive7 name in 2023, with the juice bar addition opening in February 2023. The program states that its mission is to go beyond physical training by focusing on physical training and mental discipline so students develop focus, respect, confidence, leadership, and life skills that affect home, school, and community.
