Matadero Jiu Jitsu offers Jiu Jitsu classes for kids and adults, with separate kid programs that use techniques along with interactive drills and games. The academy also offers several different adult programs for fundamentals, intermediate, and advanced levels that can be adapted to each person’s fitness and experience. In addition, Matadero Jiu Jitsu runs a women’s self-defense class, including a free weekly session.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Adult morning classes run Monday through Friday from 6:00am–7:00am and Saturday from 9:00am–10:00am; kids’ classes run Monday through Friday from 6:00pm–7:15pm and Saturday from 10:00am–11:00am; adult evening classes run Monday through Friday from 7:15pm–8:45pm; a women’s class meets at 11:00am on Saturday; open mat times are also available.

Adult: Enrollment $60 fee waived with new gi purchase; 12 month contract $160/m; 6 month contract $175/m; month to month $185/m.
