About
Blessed Sacrament Children’s Learning Center offers a developmental program that includes art, music, science, pre-reading, pre-math, language development, physical development, and social living activities. Children also attend Chapel Services twice a week, where they take part in music, stories, ritual, and prayer. Class time and outdoor activities include a variety of age-appropriate experiences.

• Schedule: Developmental program for children aged 2 through 5, offered Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., twelve months a year, with 2-, 3-, or 5-day options and half-day (9 a.m.–noon), 8:30 a.m.–3 p.m., and full-day schedules available

Blessed Sacrament Children’s Learning Center is operated by Blessed Sacrament Church as a not-for-profit full- and partial-day child care and education center, and is staffed by about a dozen staff members. Four of the six classes are in a new education building. Parent resources and support include workshops, resource referrals, classes, and chances to come together in a social setting, along with classes, workshops, information nights, and child-related programs offered to the Placentia community. The Children’s Learning Center admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin and does not discriminate on these bases in its policies or programs. Since 1959, Blessed Sacrament Episcopal parish has shared the love of Christ in Placentia, and the Children’s Learning Center states a mission and vision that emphasize loving and nurturing each child as he or she grows cognitively, physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually, honoring the dignity of all children, and making Jesus Christ visible through word and service. The program is led by Tracie Donaldson, Director of the Children’s Learning Center.
