Pleasanton RAGE Soccer Programs

Pleasanton RAGE Soccer Programs offers recreational soccer for ages 4 to 18, select soccer for U9-U19, competitive programs for U8-U19, goalkeeper training, recreational training, USL W League, RAGE Tournaments for U9-U19, and mental performance training. Recreational Programs are non-exclusionary and available to all players. Select programs have tryouts, are coached by paid RAGE staff, and practice two times per week.

Programs

• Recreational Programs — U5-U19; ages 4 to 18 · Non-exclusionary program available to all players. Primary objective is to provide a consistently positive soccer experience for the youth of the community.
• Select Program — U9-U19 · 2 times per week; mid/late July to mid-December for U9-U14 and mid/late July to mid-November for U15-U19 · More demanding than Recreational but less than Competitive. Players tryout and must be selected and coached by paid RAGE staff.
• Competitive Programs — U8-U19; U13-U19 top teams and other age groups · For players whose desire, ability, commitment, and passion for the game develop their skills to the highest level possible. Competitive teams are selected through a tryout process.
• Goalkeeper Program — Goalkeeper program for players who want to develop their skills to the highest level possible.
• USL W League — USL W League
• Recreational Training — Training opportunities designed to help players improve their overall skills. Camps and academies open to all RAGE players.
• RAGE Tournaments — U9-U19 · Opportunity for players to develop and show off their skills on the field.
• Mental Performance Training — Personalized support for athletes’ mental toughness, confidence, and emotional well-being both on and off the field.

About the provider

Pleasanton RAGE is an all-girls soccer club that empowers its players through soccer, service, and leadership programming for all ages and abilities. The club has won two National Championship titles. Its community involvement includes service and leadership programming, leadership, and community service.

Girls-only club. Select teams are selected through tryouts. Competitive teams are selected through a tryout process. Select practice is 2 times per week. Select teams participate in a NorCal league and other tournaments. Competitive tryouts for the 2026-2027 season take place in May at Val Vista Community Park, 7350 Johnson Dr Pleasanton, CA 94566.
