Tri-Valley Karate Youth Program is a traditional martial arts dojo teaching Goju Ryu Karatedo to adults, teens, and kids 6+ with a parent in class. The dojo describes itself as safe, friendly, fun, and family oriented, with a focus on self discipline, self confidence, power, flexibility, balance, stability, core strength, endurance, and more. The program takes place in over 2000 square feet of premium training space, and each child looking to participate is encouraged to try a class first to determine whether or not it is right for them. Children 6+ are able to join adult classes at the instructor's discretion on a case-by-case basis, as each child is different, and each class is different from the previous class.

The program is led by Sanjit Mandal. The instructor is a 3-time National Kata Champion (2014, 2018, 2018) with over 31 years of experience, a 5th dan (Godan) in the All Japan Karatedo Federation Goju Kai (2018), and a 5th dan (Godan) in Goju Ryu Karatedo Seiwakai (2018), and has trained in Paris in 2006 and 2019. Tri-Valley Karate is part of the All Japan Karatedo Federation Goju Kai, one of the largest karate organizations in the world headquartered in Japan. The dojo has been recognized as the Bay Area Best of the Best Winner from 2013 through 2019 and describes itself as the #1 Karate Dojo in Pleasanton and East Bay since 2013, and it proudly serves Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, Danville, and San Ramon.
