Sugarloaf Fine Arts Camp offers activities in dance, music, music production and recording, photography, textile arts, theater arts, video arts, visual arts, and vocal arts. Campers focus on a major discipline and also explore an elective, along with recreation time and nightly campfire programs. The camp is described as an overnight camp and as an artistic adventure in the heart of the Sierras.

• Schedule: Overnight camp, Sunday to Saturday, in two one-week sessions in July
Sugarloaf Fine Arts Camp is open to students who have completed 5th grade up to those who have completed 11th grade. Its stated mission is “INSPIRING YOUTH CELEBRATING THE ARTS.” The camp is administered by the El Dorado County Office of Education (EDCOE), and registration priority is given to El Dorado County students, with out-of-county students also welcome.
