Alpine Hills Youth Aquatics, Racquets, Fitness & Summer Activities includes tennis, swimming, clinics, aquatic fitness classes, seasonal camps, weekly drill clinics, social mixers, private lessons, group lessons, candlelight yoga, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The program takes place within a setting that includes tennis courts, competition and training pools, fitness facilities, a new clubhouse, a junior Olympic-sized salt water pool with 10 lanes, a pool deck with lounge chairs and shaded dining tables, and a fully equipped fitness center. Year-round aquatics activities include clinics, aquatic fitness classes, and seasonal camps.

Instructors in the program include former ranked professional players. Alpine Hills Tennis and Swimming Club is a member-owned club offering a variety of athletic and social activities for adults, children, and families. The club is a non-profit proprietary club with 750 members and offers year-round athletic activities taught by world-class tennis and aquatics pros, along with modern fitness facilities. The fitness department is designed around wellness, recovery, relaxation, and fun, feel-good workouts, and the new clubhouse serves as the social heartbeat of the club. Alpine Hills is a proud member of PASA (Palo Alto Stanford Aquatics), a youth swim program, and recently earned Exceptional Status with Distinguished Clubs. Dining at the club features an innovative program centered around seasonal foods, with menus curated with member health and happiness in mind and meals that reflect California’s fresh, seasonal produce. The club traces its history to 1958, when the park was converted into a tennis and swimming club by tennis pro Sandy MacKay.
