Touch Shooting Basketball Training Sacramento offers basketball training that includes one-on-one skills evaluations and small group training. Athletes take part in assessments of shooting, ball-handling, footwork, and overall skill level, and can also join a development league, camps, clinics, tournaments, and Team Touch year-round training.

Touch Shooting was founded in 2017. The program states that it is built to sharpen skills, shape mindset, and fuel lifelong confidence on and off the court. The leadership team includes Founder & CEO and Coach Ryan Sypkens, Lead Instructor Coach Christian Bayne, Lead Instructor Coach Jackson Burke, and Lead Trainer Coach Amir Carraway.
Ryan Sypkens holds the NCAA Big West Conference all-time career three-point record and was the NCAA national leader in three-point percentage. He broke the single-game, single-season, and career three-point records at UC Davis and played professional basketball in Colombia and Japan. He is a Certified Performance Psychologist through KBME and works directly with NBA mental skills specialist Graham Betchart.
Christian Bayne earned all-conference honors three times in college, was Conference MVP, led his team to a Conference Championship, and led his team to the NCAA tournament. He also served as a Division 1 Assistant Coach at UC San Diego for three years. Jackson Burke is a 94 Feet of Game Certified trainer, trained under elite NBA skills coach Phil Handy, and has over five years of experience training more than 200 athletes from youth to college level.
Touch Shooting Basketball Training Sacramento offers a free one-on-one basketball skills evaluation and uses a development system built for long-term growth, with memberships built for growth, consistency, and long-term impact. Small group sessions include 3–6 athletes around the same skill level and age. The Touch Development League is available for young hoopers to learn the game, seasonal camps focus on elite skills and mental toughness, and Team Touch is offered for 5th–8th grade hoopers ready to train year-round. Tournaments are held at elite basketball facilities.
Instructors must complete the TOUCH Certification process, are trained to teach the TOUCH Curriculum and philosophy, and implement the TOUCH System. Touch Shooting also offers a Touch Certification Course for skills trainers worldwide. Athletes and parents across Sacramento and Northern California use Touch Shooting for basketball training.
