Baseball U Performance

Baseball U Performance offers hitting, pitching, and a Summer Boot Camp for athletes ages 8 to 18. Hitting includes a personalized hitting session with assessment, water bag drills, a focused hitting cage session, and lifting techniques. Pitching includes an in-depth pitching assessment, water bag workout, band stretching, lifting, and a bullpen session.
