On Tuesdays, the schedule includes Devo sessions for ages 12–14, Rookie sessions for ages 7–11, Rookie Advanced for ages 9–11, Prep sessions for ages 15–18, and Adult Training for ages 18 and up, each lasting 60 minutes. Scholastic Training is led by certified coaches and is supported by a leadership team that includes Owner Jarrett Loop, Head Coach Jason Chambers, Recruiters Genessa Somera, Makaylee Hoyal, and Armahn Brantley, Coaches Jason Chambers, Shane Alercio, Shakiya Candelaria, and Michael Anyanwu, and Front Desk staff member Nicole Busante. Training for youth and adults is modeled after Division 1 Strength and Conditioning principles, and Adult Training consists of high-intensity workouts with expert coaching and scalable exercises. Over the course of 6 weeks, participants follow structured programming designed by the National Training Panel, along with weekly micro-challenges, and all fitness levels are welcome in the 6-week challenge. The official D1 Training app allows families to book workouts, manage memberships, link family accounts, and access daily news, athlete stories, and new gear drops.

Parent and athlete testimonials describe structured programming with guidance on form, weight, and consistency, noticeable changes in sport performance, positive energy in workouts, and experiences of increased strength, motivation, and confidence for both adults and teens. Multiple parents and former athletes, including a parent of a soccer player, a parent of a high school athlete, ex–high school and track athletes, and adult participants in their 40s and 50s, report ongoing use of D1 Training for themselves and their children.
